Case Management Collaboration
We work closely with Case Managers, Guardians, and Payees to ensure each resident receives the Financial, Medical, and Daily living support. they need to thrive.
Financial Assistance and Guidance
Our Care Team assists all Residents in applying for Food assistance through the Department of Human Services and coordinate with Payees and Guardians to manage monthly housing cost. We promote independence so we support our residence in finding and maintaining employment by connecting them with local resources and workforce programs if applicable.
Life Stability and Housing Security
Our goal is to provide affordable, safe, long-term housing stability with a focus on structure, routine, and personal growth for every Individual we serve. Our services are extended to Seniors, Veterans, Working Adults, and individuals that's in need of safe, and affordable housing. Candidates must be suitable to live in a shared environment, and agreed to a background check to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in the home.
